Advocacy coach for:

Adjunct Professor Hunt has significant experience in appellate practice in which he has specialized for the last 30-plus years. He is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a fellow of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers. He taught Appellate Advocacy at Texas Tech from 1974-2004, after which he has limited his involvement to coaching the national appellate advocacy teams. He was also coach of the national trial teams for 30 years.

Professor Hunt has a full-time appellate practice with the firm of Mullin Hoard & Brown, L.L.P., with offices in Lubbock, Amarillo and Dallas. Not surprisingly, his practice is limited to preparation for appeal and appeals.
